Montreal is definitely a party city, and there is a wide assortment of bars available to suit everyone's tastes.

Many bars with english-speaking staff are located on Crescent Street, which is one of Montreal's most popular destinations. It is a 20-25 minute walk from the hotel, or accessible by Metro (subway) as it is located near the Guy-Concordia station. Click on the link to view a map from the hotel to Crescent Street.

St-Denis Street is another option, but most bars there cater to a french-speaking clientele. There are bars on St-Denis Street between the downtown core and the Plateau Mont-Royal district. Please click here for a map to reach St-Denis Street from the hotel.

Nyk's is a restaurant and pub located a few steps away from the hotel. A wide variety of beers and drinks are served there. The kitchen is open at meal times. Walking there from the hotel should take approximately five minutes (map). When exiting the hotel from the main entrance, turn right and then walk up to 1250 de Bleury (continue north on de Bleury when you cross de la Gauchetiere street and Rene-Levesque Blvd.)

Another choice of bar located near the hotel would be Le Confessionnal, located in Old Montreal at 431 McGill Street (map). Also in Old Montreal would be L'Assommoir, another neighborhood bar which is located at 211 Notre-Dame Street West (map).
